House rules

(!) We remind you that this service is for the rental of a house and not the complete experience of a hotel with amenities and various other services provided by authorized staff. Most of the questions that may arise are very easy to answer even on your own, since there is essentially nothing so different in the house you just rented from a simple, warm home like yours! However a home guide awaits you below for your convenience during your stay. In the event of any damage through your fault you will be responsible for the cost of repairing it.

  • First make sure you have declared:
1)Your Passport NumberWhy do we ask for your Passport number?
2)The right number of visitors. On the one hand, the number of pillows, bed linen, towels and other consumables are placed in each apartment based on the number of guests you will declare and if this is incorrect you will not be able to stay comfortably overnight. On the other hand, the host may personally welcome you and/or reside in the building and according to the policies of the respective platform, large additional charges may be imposed directly in case a higher number of guests than the declared number is found at any time during your stay.
  • Follow the house rules and the information in this manual. Respect the host's space as you respect your own!
  • Quiet hours (23:00-07:00, 15:00-17:00) must be observed, as there are neighbours and we would not want to disturb them..
  • To prevent fire and for the safety of everyone on the premises - please do not leave electrical appliances switched on - when they are not in use or when leaving the accommodation. Check that everything is switched off (electrical appliances / air conditioning).
  • The property - as you know - is child-friendly. However, it is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor the actions of their children at all times. The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the premises or on the premises.
  • Keep the accommodation secure, lock the doors and windows when you leave the house. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
  • Those using cosmetics, make-up products, aqueous creams or sunscreens are requested to clean thoroughly before direct contact with the linen, pillows, towels of the accommodation.
  • If the rules are not respected, the host reserves the right to immediately remove you from the property and claim compensation under the rules of all booking platforms.

We wish you a pleasant stay!

  • Check in / out: The check in and check out hours are from 15:00 (in) and 11:00 (out). These hours are necessary for the proper ventilation and cleaning of each room and the schedules must be adhered to in full so that it is feasible and meaningful to inspect and evaluate the room and the cleaner before the arrival of a guest unless otherwise agreed and approved by us early check in and/or late check out.
  • Hot water: There is an uninterrupted supply of hot water 24 hours a day.
  • Cleaning: Each apartment is clean and tidy upon a guest's arrival. We only use independent professional cleaners and cleaning products. As private short term rentals we cannot offer additional cleaning services according to Greek Law.

(!) The apartments are rented out to visitors under short-term rentals and thus through the sharing economy. According to Greek legislation such apartments are not allowed to provide services such as extra cleaning and/or bed linen. In addition, the owners are obliged to post a residence declaration for each guest in the competent register of the AADE. For this declaration, each guest is required to notify us of his or her Passport number immediately after booking. Find out more about short term rentals in Greece via the AADE website.
